Shipping policy

Shipping times (non-custom orders):

We try to ship orders placed by 10 PM the following business day. After 10 PM, it will be shipped the day after next. 
Almost all of our orders are shipped via USPS, so we follow their schedule. 

Please note that this is a one-man operation, and consequently, you may have to wait up to three business days due to various life events. 

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Custom Orders:

Modded consoles and repairs have different handling times that are laid out in their prospective listings. Please refer to the listing for a more detailed timeline.

Generally, re-caps & RGB mods will take 3-7 days from order date. Reshells take 1-3 days (unless you ask for a color we do not have in stock, in which case we will email you with a timeline). 

Repairs will be completely unique to each order. We will be in communication for such orders.
